چکیده
Citrus can be propagated successfully through stem cutting. However, success of the propagation is depends on various internal as well external factors. The 2*7 factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) experiment was conducted at Institute Agriculture and Animal Sciences, Paklihawa Campus, Rupandehi, Nepal from 22 November 2019 to 5 March 2020 assess interaction effect types cuttings indole 3 butyric acid (IBA) concentrations vegetative Eureka seedless lemon in winter. Stem cutting had two levels: hardwood semi-hardwood IBA seven different level i.e control, 500 ppm, 1000 2000 3000 4000 5000 ppm respectively forming overall 14 treatments three replications. Statistically, significant effects were seen root parameters. highest total number root(18.00) found treated with lowest roots(1.66) 0 IBA. A statistically not most shoot maximum sprouting (93.33%), average shoots (4.67), length (7.86), minimum days for first (30.67 days) hard wood Considering parameters, performed best development. Thus, appropriate method easy early eureka lemon.

Rambutan tree (Nepheliumlappaceum L.) is an important but a lesser known fruit tree in Ghana and has several nutritional and medicinal uses. Efforts to establish plantation of Rambutan in Ghana to ensure its sustainable use is challenged with unavailable planting materials because the seeds are recalcitrant in nature, loses viability easily when exposed to dryness. Seeds are therefore sown dire...

متن کاملThe Effect of Indole Butyric Acid and the Time of Stem Cutting Preparation on Propagation of Damask Rose Ornamental Shrub
In order to investigate the morphological reactions of cutting of damask rose to IBA (indole butyric acid) in different times, an experiment was done in a factorial experiment based on RCD and three times with three replications and 10 observations per each replication. In this experiment, the simple effects of IBA, time and their interaction effects were measured against morphological properti...
